Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns if the product package is opened or unsealed in any way.  All return requests must be approved by us prior to sending the items back.  For a change-of-mind return (i.e. non-defective), we do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and we do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to the US only.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain states.  You may not able to complete your checkout if you attempt to ship to one of these states.  Shipping is free over $50 and $3.95 below that.  Typically you will receive your product in 7-10 days after it is shipped, but this is subject to carrier delays.  All products are shipped with tracking to confirm delivery.
